The House is located on the new wide Street opposite the big Police Station in Thong Sala and goes to Baan Tai.

Up the Hill you will a amazing view in the valley and also sea view. We check about the Party noise… yea.. nothing to hear (check halfmoon about 11:30pm). So we but Land up there but the owner of the house is Thai! He speaks no English so he ask us for help.

Nobody lives up there because the area is new connected. The owner have now 5 more Rai… so enough space around to feel free. In the moment he chance our Land and the place for the street to canote land. So in the near future he will build a concrete road down to the house.

 The House rate is 8500,- monthly (but 6 Month in forward!) include is electric (but without Aircon or big refrigerator, the need too much electric.. so maybe you have to share the costs) and include Water from fountain (bo  nam) much better than governmet-water.

Internet he will make if he have a lessee for sure… so they can choose the line… but have to pay separate from the house rate!

 The House is new, have no smell or damages, wholes or so.1 Bedroom, 1 combination Livingroom/Kitchen, Bathroom , Balcony an Terrace.

The lessee can also built  Salas for the Scooter or so… (also amazing maybe a  sala in front of the balcony for more Sea view)

 But… yes the house is not 500m from Tesco/Big C, 500m from the beach or 500m from the bars!!! So if a lessee want to stay close to the high live they better stay in the valley. For every Person wants’ to stay in the Nature it will be perfect and quietly. And no neighbor can look in your Windows!
